Medical Services

• All medical services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals
• Treatment plans are developed based on individual patient needs
• Patients must provide accurate medical history and information
• Follow-up appointments and adherence to treatment plans are patient responsibilities

Appointment Policy

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment time or rescheduling
• Emergency services are available for urgent orthopaedic conditions

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods and work with insurance providers. Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage and any co-payments or deductibles.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality orthopaedic care, medical outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, and patients understand that all medical procedures carry inherent risks.
